Since July of 1997, my personal Web Site has featured Rick Campbell's "Real Estate Report" and because of the report's strong impact on potential clients that were surfing the web, over 85% of my business is now generated from good solid Internet leads.

At the beginning of 1996, after 16 successful years selling real estate from Malibu to Beverly Hills, I moved to the Palm Springs/Palm Desert area. My first year was a disaster. Not only was the local real estate market depressed, but also the area was over-saturated with very competitive agents. Getting a foothold in the market place was difficult and my business was floundering. I needed to do something different. After discussing the problem with Rick in mid 1997, he suggested putting his newsletter on-line to see what would happen. I was his second client of this unique marketing tool.

The rest is history. Now I couldn't imagine doing business without Rick's newsletter. With the web filled with mostly consumer useless realtor web sites, my site, with the newsletter, provides instant credibility.

The newsletter motivates prospective clients to contact me first because I am giving them valuable information that none of my competition offers.

The newsletter allows me to maintain contact with my prospects every month with relevant information and with minimal effort on my part. The newsletter maintains contact with customers who are thinking of buying but aren't ready yet. In the past two years, I've sold 3-5 homes each year from contacts that had subscribed to the report over two years prior to purchasing a home. That's business I was losing before.

I don't know about you, but keeping on top of people who are going to buy next year or the year after is almost impossible. With the newsletter, I don't have to worry about it. Every month an e-mail goes out. My name is constantly in front of them with what the consumer is constantly looking for about the local market conditions. They love it. I love it. My wallet loves it.
