Does the Real Estate Report increase business? You bet!

Just today, May 26, 2003, I received a listing lead from my web site. When checking the lead against my database, I saw that he had subscribed to my Report and had been reading it since May 24, 2002. All I did was send him a notice each month when the Report was updated.

Desert Real Estate Report

Since July of 1997, my personal Web Site has featured Rick Campbell’s “Real Estate Report” and because of the report’s strong impact on potential clients that were surfing the web, over 85% of my business is now generated from good solid Internet leads.

In the past two years, I've sold 3-5 homes each year from contacts that had subscribed to the report over two years prior to purchasing a home. That's business I was losing before.

I don't know about you, but keeping on top of people who are going to buy next year or the year after is almost impossible. With the newsletter, I don't have to worry about it. Every month an e-mail goes out. My name is constantly in front of them with what the consumer is constantly looking for about the local market conditions. They love it. I love it. My wallet loves it.
